Sketch on canvas, Oil painting,
Handwritten Notes
12 x 16 in
This work explores themes of prayer, manifestation, and the positive energy generated by collective intention. Inspiration comes from the artist’s visits to temples in Taiwan, where lighting prayer lamps creates a glowing atmosphere of devotion and hope. In those moments, the artist felt a magnetic warmth—an invisible energy field born from the shared desire for peace, safety, and blessings.

Oil painting, Handwritten notes
12 x 16 in
This work symbolizes the struggle and resilience involved in rising again during dark times. The inspiration came during a tough period in the artist’s life, after losing a loved one and ending a relationship. During that time, the artist turned to writing—personal diaries, encouraging words, and notes of support from friends and family—to process grief and find strength.

Fragments

Oil painting, Handwritten notes
12 x 16 in
This work does more than depict a funeral scene; it seeks to capture the lingering melancholy that follows the farewell to a loved one. At the base of the composition stands an incense burner, a traditional vessel through which offerings are made to honor the departed—a symbolic bridge between the living and the spirit world.
